• 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States

• 7–14 business days for international delivery, depending on location and customs clearance

• We may offer free standard shipping on select orders or promotions. These will be clearly stated at checkout.

• Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship worldwide.

International orders are typically shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge responsibility for these charges.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Saved is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
